With these gait analysis test batteries, movement sequences can be visualised, objectively assessed, and ultimately optimised. Deficits, imbalances, and potential for improvement can further be recognised. The knees, hips, ankles and back are tested.
Enjoying sporting activity and pain-free movement in everyday life - for many people, dealing with everyday musculoskeletal problems is a daily challenge. Finding the causes of a gait disorder and the associated effects is our shared goal and the first step towards improvement. Because only those who know their movement sequences can optimise them and become symptom-free. The aim is also to objectively monitor, measure and improve the individual rehabilitation process in order to achieve an optimised gait pattern. In addition, we want to reduce risk factors for corresponding re-injuries.
At MOTUM, we combine many years of experience, scientific standards and sports science expertise to provide our customers with lasting help for chronic gait problems affecting the knee, hip, ankle or back. The aim is to recognise and reduce incorrect loading and to strengthen the musculoskeletal system. We want to provide answers to the questions that concern our customers and patients, such as: "Where do my musculoskeletal complaints come from?", "How can I reduce or avoid them?", "What and how much can I currently do?" and "How can I improve?".
On the basis of internationally proven, data-based and scientifically sound measurement methods, we provide objective clarity about gait disorders and the recognition of incorrect loads that are the cause of musculoskeletal complaints. State-of-the-art procedures, including 3D analyses, personal expert advice, individual recommendations and an interdisciplinary network of doctors, therapists and sports scientists are at your disposal.
People of all ages with musculoskeletal complaints or after injuries. Especially active people aged 50 and over.
